“We booked a 4 hour morning with Captain Henore and he made certain we had all the best gear for fishing and snorkling. He is an extremely knowledgable captain and was kind and thoughtful about our day. He had the boat completely outfitted with every type of beverage imaginable and made certain we were comfortable. His crew member Todd was smiley and fun and we too saw a pod of dolphins and zipped right along with them. It was worth every penny and my teenage sons (twins 15 ) said that the charter was their favorite part of our vacation..we horseback rode, went jet skiing, surfed, and went to Lanai..this trip with the Fabulous Captain Henore took the top spot. I booked this tour early before we arrived to Maui. Our captain, Captain Henore Letourneau, was given my contact via the concierge (with my permission) and immediately reached out to me the day of with a personal phone call to discuss the charter with me. “We had the most amazing whale watching tour on the Kaha Loa with Henore and Will. It was a 4 hour visit and was arranged as a ‘surprise’ birthday present for my husband. The booking with Mike was easy to do – he was very helpful in organizing the tour with me. The boat was great and we were able to see many, many whales on this trip. Being on a smaller boat also made it such an intimate, special occassion. Henore and Will were awesome and shared their knowledge of the whales with us. They were friendly, funny, and accommodating. They used a special microphone in the water so that we could hear the whales – which was unbelievable. It was definitiely the highlight of our trip to Maui this February and we can hardly wait to book again for next February.”
